1. Engine Belt Check
Alternator, air-condition, power steering and Engine main belts will be checked for ware and tare. If loose they will be adjusted to the correct tension to avoid slipping and damaging the items connected to them. (Note.-Loose fan belts are the main reason for the alternator to be damaged.) 2. Battery Check
All the Acid and Battery water levels will be checked. If the battery is maintenance free battery, the charged levels will be check. The battery terminals will be cleaned and white grease will be applied to avoid Battery Oxides . Floor area of the battery bed will be cleaned to avoid corrosions by Battery acid evaporations. New acid should be filled in to the battery every 6 months and fresh charge should be given to the battery at that time.
3. Oil Change and Waste Oil Check
At the time of changing the oil and filters of the engine our trained staff will carefully inspect the waste oil for any metal or any other foreign articles. This will allow us to warn the user to take precautions.
It is advised that oil change should be made every 3000-3500km depending on the type of oil used. Filters should be changed every 7000-10000 km.
4. Breaking System Check
It is very important to change the break oil every 10000 km. This will not only enhance the efficiency of the breaking system but also the life span of the break washers.
We do a complete check on the break Pads, Washers and the break liners for any leaks, damages or unusual ware and tare. Hand break system will be checked and adjusted if required.
5. Engine Cooling System Check
The radiator will be checked for any blocks or leaks. All the hoses and the clippings will be checked for leaks or damages. It is always better to use engine coolant to avoid corrosions in the engine block and radiator.
Engine radiator fans, Radiator Cap and thermostat controls will be checked for their speeds and efficiency. The stock tank will be refilled and the coolant levels will be checked.
6. Engine Mount Checks for Damages
All the engine and Gear box Mounts will be checked for damages or cracks.
7. Differential Check
The Oils will be changed and the Waste Oil will be checked for any metal or foreign articles for unusual ware and tare. Hand break cables and Break Balancer will be checked for its efficiency.
8. Clutch System Check (Manual Transmission Vehicles Only)
The complete clutch system will be checked for any leaks or damages.
It is recommended to change the clutch oils every 10000 km.
9. Power Steering System Check
The Complete system from the Pump to the Rack and the hoses will be checked for leaks or damages. Power steering fluid will be check for any waste metal or foreign articles which damages the steering system.
10. Filter Check
All filters will be checked, cleaned or replaced if necessary. All fittings will be checked carefully for leaks.
Air cleaner and Fuel hoses will be cleaned for dust or any other blocks.
11. Light Check
All the lighting system including, Head/Park/Break Lamps, Blinkers and Number plate lamps will be checked and replaced if necessary.
Focusing and adjusting of the head lamps will be made.
12. Tire Air Pressure Check
All the tyres including the spare wheel will be checked for leaks and the Air pressure will be set at the specified levels. Tyres will be checked for any unusual ware and tare and will be notified.
13. Axel Boot Check
Both Inner and Outer Axel Boots, Axel clips and the joints will be checked for cracks, leaks or damages and be notified for immediate actions.
14. Windscreen Washer and Wiper Blade Check
The washer tank will be checked for the water levels, leaks, pressure of the pump and filled with Glass Cleaners. The windscreen blades, washer nozzles will be checked for their efficiency.
15. Chassis and Under Carriage Check .
The chassis and the under carriage will be checked for any cracks or damages and will be lubricated with penetrating oils to avoid any corrosions.
16. Electrical System Check
All the fuses and relays will be checked and replaced if necessary.
17. Shock absorbers Check
All 4 Shocks will be checked for any leaks and be notified.
18. Suspension Check
All the Propeller Joints, Ball joints, Rack Ends, Tire Rods and all the other suspension parts will be checked for any ware and tare or damages and be notified. All bushes will be well washed and lubricated if necessary. All grease points will be greased.
19. Gear Box Check
Transmission oils will be changed every 10000 Km. The waste oils will be carefully checked for any ware and tare of the internal parts of the Gear Box. Automatic Transmission oils will be changed using the machine or skilled labour cleaning the internal parts of the gear box and the gear box inner filters.
20. Spark Plug Cleaning
Special chemicals will be used to clean and adjust the gap your spark Plugs. Special Attention will be given to the plug wire, Distributer and Coil Packs. Any defaults will be notified for immediate attention.
21. Silencer Barrel and Line Checks for Leaks
The complete exhaust system will be checked for leaks or damages.(Leak exhaust burn more fuel)
